CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are to be made via GlossGenius and remaining total is to be paid with CASH day of appointment 50% of service will be charged for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment 100% of the service will be charged if you no-show 100% of the service will be charged if same day cancellation. If card declines you will be banned from booking with me or until fees are paid If you need to reschedule or cancel please let me know 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees - new deposit is required for new appointments LATES - message me if you’ll be running late I have a 10 min. grace period after 10 minutes you will lose your appointment & will have to reschedule- this will be considered a last min/ same day cancellation.
